Rebecca is the Head of Finance and Operations across ava Custom Homes and Ava Builders. She joined the team in 2020 and has been responsible for accounting, job costing, reporting and implementing builder trend.  With over 25 years of industry experience, she helps drive process improvement and maintaining day to day operations, purchasing  and customer excellence!
