Sarah gives clients direction when it comes to the small and big decisions within their home, she likes to give the homeowners multiple options from a designers point of view, yet still giving freedom to the homeowners to make sure every material is something they love.

Joshua Hicks is our upcoming data analyst, a Senior student at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Joshua is pursuing a major in Finance. He has been with us since the beginning of his college career and is excited for what Ava Custom Homes has taught him in order to share the ethics within the company to every homeowner. His strong work ethic allows for his completion of daily tasks as well as working with John and our insider team on what goes on behind the scenes.

Rebecca is the Head of Finance and Operations across ava Custom Homes and Ava Builders. She joined the team in 2020 and has been responsible for accounting, job costing, reporting and implementing builder trend. With over 25 years of industry experience, she helps drive process improvement and maintaining day to day operations, purchasing and customer excellence!
